Letting Go : A Workshop for Parents who want to let go of their college kid, consciously.

You’ve spent their whole lives preparing them for this moment, and suddenly realize, you are the only one not ready.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

Great Job Mom! You’ve spent so much time and energy making sure your child had every tool available to fly from the nest, and there is much to celebrate, but first it’s time for processing the many changes that come with this sometimes bittersweet rite of passage, which is where we come in.

Join our community for a six week explorative group designed to support you as you support yourself and your college age child through this transition. Whether your child is attending virtually or physically, the next stage of your relationship with them is a thoughtful bridge into a new way of being in relationship.

Letting go of our kids is hard!

It’s normal to feel emotional, overwhelmed, worried, and unsure about transitioning them into this brave new world. There are changes in our roles, relationships with our children, spouses, and with in ourselves.

Worry, fear, and sadness are just a few of the feeling associated with letting go, but there’s another opportunity to explore as it relates to creating the next stage of your relationship with your adult child, and this future is bright.

Being in community with other women is powerful and supportive. This will be a space for you to explore, learn and embrace what’s next.

Celebrate.

There is so much to celebrate and explore in this next phase of parenting with your child, and while they are no longer children, they will always be your child.

Create.

Bring to life the next design of your relationship with your child, and consciously work toward a future vision for your life as you transition into the future.
